Rates you can see.
$150 an hour for two movers and a 26-foot truck, with a 3-hour minimum and a 1-hour truck and travel charge inside Calgary (out-of-town moves are charged the round-trip drive time), plus GST. Evening and weekend moves cost the same. We tell you before the move what adds time, so your final bill makes sense. Our moving rates, with the conditions that go with them, are on our page of Calgary movers' rates.

Send us the basics through our quote form, and a member of our team follows up by phone, text or email, whichever you prefer. When your home in Calgary needs a visit, the visit is free, and your quote usually follows within 24 hours of it.
Care with your home.
Floor runners, moving blankets and shrink wrap are included at no charge. Furniture that has to come apart is taken apart and put back together when the job needs it.
A commitment to punctuality.
Arriving on time is a commitment we make on every job, and we confirm your arrival time before moving day.
A year-round crew.
A core crew works with us all year and speaks English and Spanish.
We own our mistakes.
Our damage terms are in the contract you sign before the move: our liability is $1.00 per pound per item, a valuation rather than replacement-value insurance; more protection can be agreed in writing before the move; and damage is reported in writing within 7 days.

Rates on paper.
Our transport and container rates are published as starting rates, with the conditions that go with them, and your quote confirms the scope and rate.
Trucks built for freight.
5-ton straight trucks with 12 pallet spaces each, and a tailgate and an electric pallet jack for sites without a dock. We send as many trucks as the job needs, and our temperature-controlled truck is available subject to scheduling.
Day-before booking.
Transport and container work is usually booked the day before, and same-day transport runs within Alberta go out when a truck is free.
Straightforward terms.
Transport is invoiced Net 15, or Net 30 by agreement, with no cancellation fee.
Paperwork on request.
Certificates of insurance and a current WCB clearance letter.
