The fleet
The trucks behind our transport company in Calgary
Every run is on a 5-ton straight truck, and we send as many as the job needs, with a temperature-controlled truck available subject to scheduling.
Our trucks
12 standard pallet spaces
(48 x 40 in) per truck, and a load capacity that starts at 6,000 lb and scales up as needed.
Tailgate
for sites without a dock, with a 2,500 lb freight limit.
Electric pallet jack
rated to 3,000 lb.
A temperature-controlled truck
with GPS temperature logging, available subject to scheduling. It carries frozen freight and, in winter, keeps a load warm, and we can send you a trip report with the recorded temperatures and times.

Starting rates
Starting from
- Pallet delivery in Calgary: starting from $70 for the first standard pallet space.
- Hotshot: starting from $2.85 per km on the agreed loaded route, with a 100 km minimum outside Calgary.
- Dedicated truck: starting from $100 an hour, with a 6-hour minimum.
How the rates work
All rates are before a 30% fuel surcharge on the full subtotal, and before GST. Your quote confirms the scope and rate for your freight.
Recurring work
Setting up recurring work with our transport company in Calgary
We set up regular work the way that suits your operation:
Booking:
usually the day before. Same-day runs within Alberta go out when a truck is free, and faster service types are priced on your quote.
How you pay for it:
by the hour, with a dedicated truck and driver, or per pallet by distance.
Terms:
Net 15, or Net 30 by agreement, and no cancellation fee.
Paperwork:
we're fully insured and bonded, with $5 million in general liability, cargo insurance and WCB coverage. Certificates are available on request.

What we run, and where.
What trucks do you use?
5-ton straight trucks, each with 12 standard pallet spaces and a load capacity that starts at 6,000 lb and scales up as needed. For sites without a dock we bring a tailgate and an electric pallet jack. We send as many trucks as the job needs, and our temperature-controlled truck is available subject to scheduling.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Yes. We deliver to Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere for $15 more per delivery, before the fuel surcharge and GST, run hotshots anywhere in Alberta, and offer pallet space on a shared run to Edmonton, typically weekly.

How far ahead do we need to book?
Usually the day before. When a truck is free, we can run the same day within Alberta.
Can you carry temperature-controlled freight?
Yes. Our temperature-controlled truck carries frozen freight and, in winter, keeps loads warm. It's available subject to scheduling, so tell us about your load before you book. We confirm the temperature, dimensions and weight at booking. We also carry healthcare supplies, for people and animals, to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, veterinary clinics and warehouses.
What are your payment terms?
Net 15, or Net 30 by agreement. There's no cancellation fee.
