    desks, chairs, tables, shelving and filing cabinets, wrapped in moving blankets and shrink wrap.

  • Files and supplies:

    boxed records, stock and supplies.

  • Computers and IT equipment:

  • Shop and workshop equipment:

    machinery and equipment that sits on skids. Tell us its weight and size when we follow up, so we bring the right crew and equipment.

  • Furniture that has to come apart:

    desks and tables that won't fit through a door are taken apart and put back together at the new space, as part of the move's time.

  • What we don't do:

    we don't take apart or install cubicle and panel systems. If your office has them, your furniture installer handles that part and we move everything else.

After hours

Office moves after hours

As office movers, we usually run office moves after hours, so your team can finish the working day and start the next one in the new space. Evening and weekend moves cost the same as weekday moves, so moving outside business hours doesn't raise the rate.

If your building limits when moves can happen or asks you to book the elevator or loading dock, tell us when we follow up. We'll plan the crew and the hours around the building's rules.

Business moves are billed by the hour, on the same terms as every move we do:

  • $50 an hour for each extra mover or truck, and more trucks when the job calls for it

How we size the job

We go over the move with you by phone, text or email, whichever you prefer. When your space in Calgary needs a look, we walk through it with you for free. That's how we size the crew and the trucks for your move. After a visit, your quote usually follows within 24 hours. When we follow up, tell us:

  • How many desks, chairs and filing cabinets are moving
  • The weight and size of any equipment on skids

Protection included

Desks, chairs and filing cabinets are wrapped in moving blankets and shrink wrap, and floor runners go down in both spaces. The materials are included at no charge.

What changes the final cost

The final cost is set by the time the job takes. These are what usually add to it:

  • Building access.

    Elevator and loading-dock bookings, restricted parking and a long carry between the truck and your door all add time.

  • Stairs.

    Carrying up and down stairs takes longer. Tell us about every flight when we follow up.

  • Furniture that comes apart.

    Desks and tables that won't fit through a door are taken apart and put back together, and that time is part of the move.

  • Equipment on skids.

    Heavy machinery on skids can need a bigger crew. Tell us its weight and size when we follow up.

  • Distance.

    Towns around Calgary are charged the round-trip drive from our Calgary base, and long-distance moves add the drive both ways and a fuel surcharge.

  • Volume and packing.

    How much is moving, and how easy both spaces are to work in, move the hours more than anything else. Packing time goes into your quote when you ask for it, and plastic bins are charged separately.

Insurance and paperwork for your building

Property managers usually want proof of insurance before movers come in. We're fully insured and bonded, with $5 million in general liability coverage, and our crew is covered by WCB. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your building, and a current WCB clearance letter.

If something is damaged, we own our mistakes. Our liability is $1.00 per pound per item, a valuation rather than replacement-value insurance, and more protection can be agreed in writing before the move. Damage is reported in writing within 7 days, with photos and proof of value.

    We moved a store's fixtures to another store in the same mall, working after 9 p.m. over one week. We packed and protected everything over the first three nights, then moved it over the last two, a marble countertop included.

  • A trophy shop in one day.

    In August 2026, we moved a trophy shop's boards, shelving and trophy-making machinery, consolidating items onto pallets where needed. Eight crew members finished the move in one day.

Do you take apart and install cubicles?

No. Cubicle and panel systems need an installer, so your furniture installer takes them down and puts them up, and we move everything else.

Can you move our office after hours?

Yes. Office moves usually run after hours, and evening and weekend moves cost the same as weekday moves.

Can you move equipment on skids?

Yes. Shop machinery and equipment that sits on skids is part of the work we do.
